  • Director and Personal Trainer

    About me- After graduating from the University of Essex in Sports Rehabilitation and Exercise Science, I wanted to be able to offer more than just conventional Personal Training with interlinked wellness within a private gym facility.

    What I offer- I take a functional, full-body wellness approach to fitness. I specialise in body maintenance, injury rehabilitation, mobility enhancement and postural support.

    About me- My degree, alongside 4 years of training in gyms, training different types of people, has provided me with expert knowledge in health and fitness, and all of this can be used to help you. Don’t miss out!

    What I offer- My specialist area for PT exists within the “toning” and health side of fitness. Weight loss, fat burning, muscle building and core strength training is my expert field, and I can help you achieve the best physical version of yourself.

AJ WELLNESS CLUB is a private gym facility led by 2 BSc Sports Scientists specialising in Personal Training. Both group PT and 1-1 training are available with digital and in-club programming accommodating your fitness goals. Each session is tailored to the individual with a functional approach to fitness and body maintenance through a mixture of training styles including strength training, general fitness, postural support with rehabilitation and mobility sessions.

With years of experience and university backing, AJ WELLNESS CLUB is able to offer much more than your conventional PT session through a more strategic and scientific approach to general well-being.

OUR FACILITIES.

Focusing closely on fundamental functional movement, we have everything you need to reach your full potential. Including a multi-functional power rack with lat pull-down/seated row attachments, a dumbbell rack ranging from 2.5kg-40kg, a dual cable pulley machine, a rowing machine, an air bike, with a punching bag and much more!

AJ WELLNESS CLUB WILL BE CENTRAL IN HELPING ME GAIN FITNESS FOR MY UPCOMING FOOTBALL SEASON.
