Meet the Team

  • Director and Personal Trainer

    About me- After graduating from the University of Essex in Sports Rehabilitation and Exercise Science, I wanted to be able to offer more than just conventional Personal Training with interlinked wellness within a private gym facility.

    What I offer- I take a functional, full-body wellness approach to fitness. I specialise in body maintenance, injury rehabilitation, mobility enhancement and postural support.

    About me- My degree, alongside 4 years of training in gyms, training different types of people, has provided me with expert knowledge in health and fitness, and all of this can be used to help you. Don’t miss out!

    What I offer- My specialist area for PT exists within the “toning” and health side of fitness. Weight loss, fat burning, muscle building and core strength training is my expert field, and I can help you achieve the best physical version of yourself.

    A little about me: 

    Fitness has always been a staple in my life. I have a varied sporting background, having played Football semi-professionally and currently coach within a professional club. I have always loved combat sports, having had the pleasure of being coached by and trained with world level fighters in Boxing and MMA. As well as competing in Track & Field for my University.

    My passion for health and fitness runs deeper than just competing, whilst at University I became fascinated with how you can manipulate training and nutrition to cause different adaptations to the body. 

    I got to further explore this working at the University of Essex’s Human Performance Unit where I would test athletes, prescribe training and deliver workshops. I worked with a variety of athletes, from those who simply wanted to run a quicker 5k to Team GB athletes and professional sports teams. From which I gained a great understanding of how unique fitness is to the individual, and how best to maximise each individual’s potential. 

    Having passed British Army Officer Selection I have established and learnt many ways to build mental strength and discipline which can be passed over to you, to empower you to make lasting habitual changes and become the best version of you!

    Fitness is about the journey and not the destination, I would love to be a part of yours.

    About me: After achieving a First class in my degree and obtaining over 6 years of experience in both one-on-one coaching and group training, working with grassroots to world-class athletes and the general population - I aim to provide efficient, goal-driven programs that foster long-term health and performance improvements.

    What I Offer: With a background in strength and conditioning, my approach emphasises not only building strength and aerobic capacity, but also improvements in body composition, injury prevention/rehabilitation and leading a healthy lifestyle. We leave no stone unturned, squeezing all we can out of the low-hanging fruit to ensure we minimise injury risk, whilst striving to reach your full physical potential.
